VTG 1995 Grateful Dead Summer Tour Cut Off Single Stitch Tee Sz L/XL. The sleeves have been cut off of this tee. The graphic is still super vibrant on the front and the back. The size tag has been cut off of the shirt so i'd say its more like a large or xlarge given the age but see measurements for better fit.
