Grateful Dead Shirt : Vintage Original : 1994 : Winter Tour'94! & a Beautiful Winged Fairy!!!
'94 Winter Tour Lot Tee : XX Large (XXL) : White : Very-Rare!!!!! Grateful Dead 1994 Winter Tour Lot Tee! - and the Oakland Coliseum! Featuring a Beautiful Butterfly Winged Fairy Art Design!!!!
Dead Fans who Toured until the End! Remember now, there was a little St. That even brought some of the local Fans out of the Bay Area woodwork... At least the ones who weren't already in the lot - with Tickets in hand! Those that like to Tour the West Coast!Runs too - so in that spirit, let's hear a shout out... I don't know, but to me?
This one really epitomizes the definition of a Grate! Just straight, to the point - it's got the dates, and a mesmerizing design too! And in the case of this fine tee, it has two!! On the front side, you've got a Butterfly-winged Steal Your Face!
Design, that is just Sweet! Some cool trinkets in there, a little fungus too, or so it looks? Just big & bold on this one - as the centerpiece, with both L. & Oakland getting a well-worthy mention... On this Winter Tour'94!!! And as for the back of this Shirt? Here fans, as she's one Space-lookin' Beauty! With a pair of Butterfly-like Wings!! From the true final-days of the " real " lot shirt... Touring with, and only with The Grateful Dead!!! I must admit, parting with this one - well, it pains me a bit... But - the fact is, it's too big for me - & I even knew-it! When I bought it in the lot...But you know the feeling -- I've just Got! I only caught two-nights of the Oakland run on this Tour, and this was a definitely special time.
The Shows were solid, and as it turned out - this would be the last & final Winter West Coast run ever by the Band. Pretty cool that the St. Stephen got " Soundchecked " though, right? I remember being nice & close to the stage for a silky-smooth Help > Slip!
> Franklin's to open one of these nights, and I remember thinking then - I'm not taking this for granted, no way. Same with those final J. In a matter of fact?
Come to think about it? This was actually the very last' time' I ever saw a Dead Show in the Coliseum. Figured I'd probably never be back, without the Grateful Dead hosting such Fun-Times!! And as it turns out - I guess I was right! Pit-to-Pit = 27" Length = 29".
This is a lightly (barely) used vintage collectible clothing item, here are the only issues that stand out to my eye upon very close inspection : >>> some light stains on shirt bottom on front & back sides (please see photos/close-up photos). Please see all photos provided..
