Ok, I'm back now! I mean is this tune " The " Early-Grateful Dead " Anthem " or what? At least in the Good'Ol Grateful Dead days - or should I say Daze! Ahhh, the Golden Road, what a great song, a perfect one for the Summertime!

And what a great shirt to display this sentiment. It sure was nice to see that Furthur threw this one back into the live-touring rotation, because it got me into it again!

Well, it's really great that Folks had a chance to hear Bob & Phil sing this harmonies on this one again - for most' all' of us for the very 1st time, because before that, it was all the way back -- to 1967! I got so-lucky, hearing it at Marymoor Park in Washington State (near Seattle) years back - a way-cool Venue, check it out!

So, before'67 it was only ever played three (3) times ever by the Grateful Dead... So unless you have any of those Shows recorded, you've had to live with your Grateful Dead " Album " version for the last 50 + Years! Well back to the Shirt! On the front Everybody's dancin' in a ring around the sun.. Encircles the top of design and below is a Smiling-Sun! With exceptionally long eyelashes and piercing aqua eyes. Her golden yellow rays shine out all around and is surrounded by Dancing-Bears! Of yellow holding a red-rose! The tie dye itself literally explodes with color from the center outwards, with the sun yellow fading into oranges, magenta, fiery reds, sky blues and green! And check out just how awesome the backside looks - without the design image, it looks like a Sun all by itself!!! This Shirt, in my opinion is a True Art Masterpiece, and an essential piece of Grateful Dead T-Shirt Art!
