From his near-death diabetic coma so-frightfully experienced after the Summer'86 Grateful Dead Tour. And Secondly, these shows featured not only smoking-hot J. Electric' Sets - but, they also each featured an' Acoustic! Set from the Jerry Garcia Acoustic Band J. There was no finer-way to show your loyal thanks back to the Fans!

As most Musicians & string-instrument players very well know, it's pretty tough to' hide-behind' an acoustic guitar & especially with lead guitar flat picking!
