This is an antique, 1910 book, with the text all in hieroglyphs. The Egyptian Book of the Dead is an ancient 5000-year-old collection of spells which enable the soul of the deceased to navigate the afterlife.
This book is strongly printed, with great hieroglyphic pictures: a fascinating, 1910 book. Because it did not use regular alphabetical text, it would have been a particularly difficult book to publish. I learned much about this volume from archaeological resource's website, which you can find online.
Please Note: All the hieroglyphics on all 305 pages are present! Pics above for actual book. 7.5" x 5.5" x 1.25, salmon-colored cloth covers. Black titles, page edges deckled.
